You can not only use this in your bath to soak in, but I have used it as a hand scrub, it help soften those tough calluses ;)
I do recommend you all to be careful though, if you have a cut or just a little bit of an open wound it stings like crazy!!!!
It is better than some salts I have tried, as in the size of the salts, most of your bath salts or fairly large course ground, this is a small or mild course ground (I don't know if you can tell the size in the photo below)
