I am still trying to get the hang of this, I have always used the ones with the weighted tube beads on them, so this is very light in comparison.
it's like there is nothing in your hands it is so light.
I am so used to it my rope being heavier, and because it isn't it gets caught on my feet :/
I am still going to keep trying, I am sure I will get it mastered :)

I like the length adjusting feature, although I didn't have to do any adjusting, I am fairly tall and I need it at its fullest height, but my sister will be able to use it and she won't have to wrap the cable around her hand to shorten it.
